Söderort

Söderort is the southern suburban part of the Stockholm Municipality, Sweden. It is also part of the city of Stockholm.

It has the largest population of the 290 municipalities of the country, but one of the smallest areas, making it the most densely populated. It is also the most populous municipality in the Nordic countries.
Högdalen

Enskede-Årsta

Enskede-Årsta was a borough (stadsdelsområde) in the southern part of Stockholm, Sweden from 1998 to 1 January 2007. It was formed when the boroughs of Enskede and Årsta merged, and was primarily made up of Enskede and Årsta. The other districts that made up the borough were Johanneshov, Stureby and Östberga. The population as of 2004 was 46,072 on an area of 12.72 km², giving it a density of 3,622/km². In 2007, Enskede-Årsta merged with the borough of Vantör to form the Enskede-Årsta-Vantör borough.
Hammarbyhöjden

Hammarbyhöjden is a suburban city district in Stockholm, Sweden. The district is split across two boroughs: Most of it is located in Skarpnäck borough, the subdistrict Blåsut is located in the Enskede-Årsta-Vantör borough. As of December 31, 2007, Hammarbyhöjden had 8,143 inhabitants.

Bandhagen

Bandhagen is a suburban district south of Stockholm with 5417 (2007) inhabitants. It is located in the Enskede-Årsta-Vantör borough neighboring Högdalen, Stureby and Örby.
Södermalm (borough)

Södermalm is a city district area in central Stockholm, created 1 January 2007, through the merging of the boroughs of Maria-Gamla Stan and Katarina-Sofia. It covers the island of Södermalm and some neighboring districts. Södermalm is often shortened "Söder".

Johanneshov is a district in Stockholm located at the intersection of national road 73 and national road 75 in the borough of Enskede-Årsta-Vantör, southern Stockholm, Sweden.
Göta highway

Göta highway was, up to the late-17th century, the only road between Stockholm and south of Sweden. Dating back at least to the middle ages, and some parts even back to the Viking Age, the highway is the oldest known road from Stockholm to the south. Göta highway lost importance after the year 1670, when the new highway via Hornstull came in use.

Internationella Engelska Skolan (IES), or the International English School, is a Swedish corporation made up of Independent schools. IES was founded in 1993 by Barbara Bergström, an American by origin and a science teacher by profession. Today she is the company's vice chairman. The majority owner of the company is the American equity fund TA Associates.
Allan Gutheim

Allan Philip Henri Gutheim is a Swedish film composer. He was born in the Vantör borough of Stockholm. He composed music for the film Hägring in 1984. With his wife he runs Leksaksland, a toy museum, thought to be the largest private toy collection in Sweden.
