Belize at the 2004 Summer Olympics

Belize sent a delegation to compete at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, from 13–29 August 2004. This was the Central American country's ninth appearance at a Summer Olympic Games. The delegation consisted of two track and field athletes: Michael Aguilar and Emma Wade; neither advanced beyond the first round of their events.
Philippines at the 1992 Winter Olympics

The Philippines sent a delegation to compete at the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville, France from 8–23 February 1992. This was the nation's third appearance at the Winter Olympic Games. The delegation consisted of a single athlete, alpine skier Michael Teruel. He competed in both the giant slalom, where he finished in 71st, and in the slalom, in which he finished in 49th.
Jamaica at the 1988 Winter Olympics

Jamaica competed in the Winter Olympic Games for the first time at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. They competed in one sport, Bobsledding, in both the two-man and four-man events and finished outside the medal places in both competitions. Athletes were recruited from the Jamaica Defence Force, which saw Dudley Stokes, Devon Harris and Michael White become the first members of the team. Caswell Allen was the fourth man, but was injured prior to the start of the Olympics and was replaced by Chris Stokes, who was only in Canada to support his brother and new teammate Dudley.
Finland at the Olympics

Finland first participated at the Olympic Games in 1908, and has sent athletes to compete in every Summer Olympic Games and every Winter Olympic Games since then. Finland was also the host nation for the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki. Finnish athletes have won a total of 302 medals at the Summer Games, mostly in athletics and wrestling. Finland has also won 162 medals at the Winter Games, mostly in nordic skiing events.
Michael Forgeron

Michael Joseph "Mike" Forgeron is a rower from Canada. He competed at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1992. At his debut he was a member of the team that won the gold medal in the Men's Eights. In the 1996 Olympics, he competed in the Men's Double Sculls. Forgeron was also in the Pan Am Games in a coxed pair straight six (stroke) winning a bronze medal along with a pair winning a silver medal.
El Salvador at the Olympics

El Salvador first competed in the Olympic Games at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City, Mexico. It has participated in every Summer Olympic Games since that time, excluding those held in 1976 and 1980. They have never competed in the Olympic Winter Games. El Salvador has not earned a medal at any Olympic Games.
Ethiopia at the 2010 Winter Olympics

Ethiopia sent a delegation to compete at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada from 12–28 February 2010. Ethiopia was making its second appearance in a Winter Olympics, and like four years prior, the only athlete sent to compete was cross-country skier Robel Teklemariam. Teklemariam finished 93rd in the 15 kilometre freestyle event.
